To be honest when I came up with this 3 ingredients refreshing mango sorbet, I would never have imagined it would be such a success. I get so many compliments on it.
This is the simplest recipe. All you need is good frozen mango and a powerful blender.
Basically you don’t want the mango to melt completely when you blend. It would spoil the taste.
To contrast with the sweetness of the mango, I added some lemon. I personally love sour taste but I believe it’s necessary here.
To make the mixture smoother, you should definitely add a non-dairy milk. Here I added some cashew milk but I believe almond milk or hemp milk could be great too.
