Collagen-stuffed dates are our new favorite, easy-to-prepare snack! Add any topping(s) you want, a nut butter of your choice and you are good to go!

This is a perfect post workout snack as each date carries 4g of protein to help repair your muscles and 270mg of potassium to help with fluid regulation and hydration. Dates are naturally sweet so you will be surprised how decadent these taste, especially with the added chocolate chips!

Ingredients

2 large Medjool dates
2 tablespoons nut butter of your choice (we used almond butter)
Further Food Collagen Peptides
1/2 tablespoon dairy free chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Slice dates open (lengthwise), making sure not to cut all the way through.
  2. Spoon in 1 tablespoon of nut butter to each date.
  3. Top with your choice of toppings – we used dairy free chocolate chips!
