Further Food Commentary:

Ghee is a clarified butter - which means all diary solids have been separated and removed. If you don't have pre-made ghee, it is very easy to make yourself with unsalted butter! Just boil your butter until the solids separate. Then, just remove the top layer which will be the milk solids. Daily Turmeric Tonic is a fantastic way to add flavor and health benefits to a simple meal. Turmeric is proven to be anti-inflammatory and the tonic adds all of the necessary components to make sure that it is bio-available, like black pepper!
