Sean Carey May 31, 2017 at 1:09 pmWonderful green juice recipe, Giada! I actually found this through Yummly and just had to come on here and leave a comment. Instead of weighing out the greens, I went ahead and just used a couple of handfuls of spinach and 4 leaves of kale. It tasted great!I love how you mention that green juice, such as this one, has protein inside of it. This is something that gets overlooked or ignored quite a bit. With the right amount of green vegetables, especially leafy greens, and a mix of other vegetables and fruits, all of the essential amino acids needed to build protein are present. Add in all of the other vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, phytonutrients, chlorophyll, and everything else, and you have one of the healthiest beverages to drink on earth. Thanks for sharing this one, and I’ll be sure to share it with others.Happy Juicing!-Sean Carey Reply ↓
