Entertaining this summer? You’re going to want to serve this Watermelon Lime Spritzer!  I’m always looking for creative, healthy and delicious cocktails to serve at my summer dinner parties and this Watermelon Spritzer is a hit every time! It’s so refreshing, easy to make and good for you! You can make it as a mocktail or add in some vodka and really spice up your party.
It’s also a great everyday healthy low sugar snack and post-meal ‘dessert!’ I like to add in some collagen peptides for an extra protein boost to help keep me full longer. Sometimes I’ll add in a few extra ice cubes into the mixer with the collagen to make it more of a dessert slushy!

Ingredients

1 cup cut watermelon
1/4 cup sparkling water
1 lime wedge
Optional:
1 scoop Further Food Collagen Peptides
1 ounce vodka

Instructions

  1. Puree watermelon in blender until fully pureed
  2. Add seltzer and a squeeze from the lime wedge
  3. Add in optional collagen and/or vodka. Stir well.
  4. Squeeze lime juice on top. Enjoy!
