I’ve been fortunate to work with this women-led company on several occasions, and I’m always excited about the products they provide. Their new Elderberry Soothing Syrup is no different.Elderberry is a wonderful ally for this time of year, helping to stimulate immune surveillance (looking out and attacking invaders!), and acting as an anti microbial. As we get into the colder months, this is one of my favorite herbs to incorporate. Lately, I’ve been adding this syrup to my breakfast porridge-you know I love to include herbs in my food!
