1 frozen banana

1 cup frozen berries

1/3 cup light coconut milk or almond milk (or more as needed)

1 tablespoon Further Food Elderberry Soothing Syrup

Optional: 1 tablespoon Further Food Collagen

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients (including collagen if using) to a blender. Blend for about a minute until completely smooth. Add more liquid to get to your desired consistency.
