Matcha Cacao Collagen Cookies (Gluten-Free, Low-Carb)
- Melt coconut butter and mix with vanilla extract and maple syrup.
- Mix in salt, matcha powder, cinnamon, collagen, and nutmeg, and then slowly add almond flour until well combined.
- Stir in cacao nibs.
- Roll into balls and then flatten into cookies. Press fork on top to make impressions.
- Place on parchment paper in freezer for at least 15 minutes before eating. Enjoy!
