I took my love for matcha to a whole new level with these matcha and chocolate chip muffins. These muffins are so easy to make-just mix all the ingredients. Matcha Carob Muffins (Dairy-Free, Gluten-Free, Paleo)
1/3 cup organic maple syrup
1/4 cup coconut oil
1 scoop Further Food Collagen Peptides
2 tablespoons coconut sugar
1/3 cup sunflower butter
1/4 cup coconut milk
1/4 cup coconut flour
1.5 teaspoons baking powder
a dash organic cinnamon
a handful of carob chips
- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- Mix wet ingredients and then add in dry. Stir and place in lined muffin tins.
- Bake for about 20 minutes!
