Here is the secret: The trick is to buy the three main ingredients without preservatives, and keep the serving small. Your local health store, Whole Foods, or Amazon Prime will have all these ingredients. Also, listen to your body and if you cannot have one of these ingredients, replace it with something you can have, such as peanut butter, caramel, nuts, prosciutto, goat cheese or maybe even fruit. Don’t be afraid to get creative – It will taste just as great!
