To make a Golden Milk, just combine with your choice of milk and optional sweetener.
Should that be a Tbsp of turmeric tonic and a tsp of sweetener? Seems like a lot of sweetener and not enough turmeric blend?
Hi Stacie: Just one teaspoon of Turmeric Tonic is required to make this Golden Milk. The sweetener is optional-feel free to put in less if you prefer.
Can you add a scoop of collagen to this as well? Thanks!
