Boosting your normal morning routine with Further Food's Daily Turmeric Tonic gives you a jump start on health. The adaptogenic herbs and spices in Daily Turmeric Tonic have been used in Ayurvedic medicine for centuries, long recognized for their anti-inflammatory, immune boosting benefits. Turmeric's main active component is called curcumin and has been clinically proven to reduce joint pain, maintain healthy blood flow, and even act as a natural painkiller. Pair this with cinnamon, cloves, and cardamom which are powerful antioxidants and you've got a winning combination. Daily Turmeric Tonic also contains black pepper which is not only an anti-inflammatory itself, but can increase the bio-availability of other herbs and spices.

I went online to search for food-based and natural solutions that could help
them heal. But what I found was scattered, disorganized, and left me more confused. I thought, ‘There must be an easier way to discover solutions for various ailments from real experts and from people who had done it themselves. Has anyone put this in coffee? I use the C/Peptides in coffee but if I add this will it taste yucky?? I prefer to use coffee and not do much milk.

      Hi Sandra,

We do have some customers who enjoy Superfood Turmeric in their coffee! It has become more popular. Of course, it is all based on personal opinion, though! Our Superfood Turmeric can also be made into a turmeric tea by adding it to hot water instead of milk.

Should that be a Tbsp of turmeric tonic and a tsp of sweetener? Seems like a lot of sweetener and not enough turmeric blend?

Hi Stacie: Just one teaspoon of Turmeric Tonic is required to make this Golden Milk. The sweetener is optional-feel free to put in less if you prefer.

Lindsay: Great idea! That way you get the benefits of turmeric and the added protein and other benefits of collagen!
