1 large tub of baby kale (4-6 cups)
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon coconut aminos

Instructions

1. Mix salt, spice and turkey together. Form into patties.
2. Bake on a parchment lined cookie sheet in oven for 25-30 min at 400 degrees.
3. In a braiser pan, heat up olive oil. Add kale and coconut aminos. Sautee until wilted.
4. Serve turkey patties over the greens.
