Inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) is an autoimmune condition that involves chronic inflammation of all or part of the digestive tract. IBD primarily includes Ulcerative Colitis and Crohn's disease which both usually manifest in symptoms of severe diarrhea, pain, fatigue and weight loss.
