Ingredients

2 6-ounce Mahi Mahi filets
2 tablespoons coconut oil

Spice mix:
1 teaspoon Superfood Turmeric
2 teaspoons coriander
2 teaspoons thyme
1 teaspoon rosemary
sea salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Massage spice mix over mahi fillets evenly on both sides and marinate for an hour if you have the time.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add coconut oil.
  3. Cook the mahi mahi for about 3-4 minutes on one side and then flip and cook an additional 2-4 minutes.
