Having just been told I have end stage liver disease (two tumors radiated recently) I am making a huge change in lifestyle and love the idea of these desserts and snacks.
A question for you- Would collagen have a negative impact on my liver? I have joint pain and would like to lessen that.
    Thanks, Bonnie P

Yogurt Bites sound yummy but I thought yogurt contained either sugar or sugar substitute. Is this snack ok for 7 day sugar detox?

    1. Samantha

Hey Cathy! Just make sure you read the ingredients when you purchase yogurt. You can find plain yogurt that doesn’t have any added sugars or artificial sugar substitutes. Excited to have you with us for the detox!
