½ cup of turmeric or Superfood Turmeric

1 cup of water

⅓ of a cup of coconut oil

Estimated Servings***

Human: ¼ of a teaspoon (twice a day recommended)

Dog/Cat/Small Mammal: ¼ of a teaspoon

Horse: 1 teaspoon


  1. Warm the water in a saucepan on low-to-medium heat.
  2. Once the water gets warm, add in Superfood Turmeric and bring the mixture to a boil.
  3. Turn the heat down and allow the mixture to simmer. Wait until it has formed a thick paste. If needed, add small amounts of water until the proper texture is reached.
  4. Turn off the heat and allow the mixture to cool a little. Then add coconut oil. Stir and cool.
  5. Mix 1 tsp into your own recipes. For your pet, stir in ¼-½ teaspoon into their meals, depending on the size of your pet.
  6. The entire batch is about two weeks worth of golden paste!
  7. Keep refrigerated.
