Ingredients

1 cup gluten-free oats
1 medium sized banana (ripe)
2 tablespoons chocolate chips (dairy-free)

Instructions

1. Mash banana with a fork until all lumps are gone.
2. Add the dry oats and chocolate chips, and fully mix with banana.
3. Form into little balls and place onto a baking pan (they should fall apart easily) and should form about 6 cookies.
4. Place in oven at 375F and bake for about 10-12 minutes.
