The Best Fluffy Gluten-Free Pancakes

Print

These light, fluffy, gluten-free pancakes taste just like the real thing! I top them with maple syrup and ghee with a side of crispy bacon and sliced fruit, and voila! An ordinary breakfast becomes an extraordinary (and good for you one).

Further Food Commentary:

This recipe uses heart-healthy almond flour as a great and tasty way to make pancakes gluten-free. The addition of protein from the egg, fat from ghee, and carbohydrates from tapioca turn this into a complete and balanced meal with a low-sugar content. Rich in calcium, vitamin A and iron, these balanced pancakes can help keep energy levels sustained, and prevent slumps from happening. It also provides substitutions for a quick and easy way to enjoy pancakes while on a gluten-free and dairy-free.
