2 cups water
2 cups lightly steamed broccoli (I kept the stems on)
2 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
zest of one lemon
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 cups fresh basil leaves (7-8 leaves)
- Put in blender and blend until smooth; about 1-2 minutes.
