Dandelion Tea “Latte”

If I had all the money I ever spent on Starbucks lattes, I would be a rich lady! Throughout university, I studied at the Starbucks in the library. Then while I was working, a Starbucks to-go was not unusual. Then when I had my firstborn and became a stay at home Mom, Starbucks was THE stopping place before playdates. Oh how I used to love a good latte…

THEN we moved far away from a Starbucks, and I adopted the autoimmune protocol, so ixnay on the cafe latte!

BUT “cafe” lattes are back y’all! Totally different ingredients then what Starbucks offers, BUT it’s cheaper, AIP friendly, and healing!
