Frozen Banana Coconut Cups

Print

I had tried several recipes like this in different variations when I was looking for something sweet without any added sugars. I have experimented using different fruits and flavors, and this is my favorite. I absolutely love the combination of banana, coconut, and sunbutter. These frozen treats are healthy and refreshing!

Further Food Commentary:

This dessert has tons of healthy ingredients and NO unhealthy ones- that's rare in a dessert. The banana, nut butter and coconut oil each add tons of vitamins and minerals without adding processed sugar or other processed ingredients.
