As an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, I have found that adding healthy fats to my diet has helped balance my blood sugar and improved my skin and mood. With keto diets becoming very popular for weight loss and for treating certain conditions, these keto bombs are the perfect combination of healthy fats and protein to keep you satisfied and in a fat burning state – guilt free! The orange essential oil gives my version a unique flavor that is 100% natural. If you are ingesting essential oils, it’s very important only to use the highest quality, and Young Living has a special Vitality line that is safe for internal consumption.

Orange Keto Bombs
- Add MCT Oil and Cacao Butter to small microwave safe bowl and heat for 20-30 seconds.
- Remove and add Coconut Butter, Essential Oil and Collagen Peptides; stir until Cacao Butter is fully melted and the entire mixture is nice and smooth. (Alternatively, you can heat on low on a small saucepan on the stove and stir all until melted, taking extra care that the mixture does not get too hot and burn. This method works well if you are making a larger batch.)
- Pour melted mixture into mini muffin tins lined with mini muffin liners. Place in the freezer for 1 hour to set. Can be stored in refrigerator or freezer for several weeks.
