Simple Spicy Wasabi Ginger Guac

I just love fusion cuisine so I had to make this Japanese inspired guacamole. Perfect as a condiment for sushi burritos! Wasabi and avocado are a great combo and the guac gives burritos the perfect touch. Everything in this recipe is natural and gluten-free.

Further Food Nutritionist Commentary:

Avocados are one of the best natural sources of heart-healthy monounsaturated fats, such as those found in olive oil and nuts. Avocados also contain more potassium than bananas, as well as vitamin K, E, C, and folate, and can help lower blood pressure, cholesterol, and triglycerides.
