Tropical Slimmer Juice

Juices are always plain and boring. I wanted to make a smoothie that tasted like summer and made me feel great too. Here’s what I like to call “Jo’s Tropical Slimmer” which will make your taste buds go wild! (It’s versatile too!)

Further Food Nutritionist Commentary:

Second to bananas as America’s favorite fruit, pineapple is packed with vitamin C and manganese and contains the protein breaking enzyme, bromelain. Bromelain has anti-inflammatory, cancer and clotting properties and can help fight arthritis and indigestion.Use of spinach and kale with the tartness of lemon and ginger bring an added punch to the smoothie, with double the nutrients. Ginger is often overlooked, but has proven time and time again to aid in gastrointestinal issues and nausea.
