Juices are always plain and boring. I wanted to make a smoothie that tasted like summer and made me feel great too. Here’s what I like to call “Jo’s Tropical Slimmer” which will make your taste buds go wild! (It’s versatile too!)

Tropical Slimmer Juice
¼ cup of kale
¼ cup of spinach
½ inch of ginger
4-6 pieces pineapple (cubed, frozen)
1 Scoop of Further Food Collagen (optional)
- Juice kale, spinach, apple, lemon and ginger.
- Blend juice with pineapple*.
*Juice the apple, lemon and ginger & blend the pineapple, kale, and spinach for a smoothie version of this recipe!
