Turkey Brown Rice Stuffed Peppers
1 green bell pepper
1 cup brown rice (cooked)
1/4 pound ground turkey (cooked)
1/2 cup corn (frozen)
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2. Slice pepper in half.
3. Combine ingredients and scoop into peppers.
4. Bake for 20 minutes. Enjoy!
