Vegan “Cream Cheese” Frosting
1 container of vegan cream cheese
2 cups confectioners sugar
2 tablespoons maple syrup
1 tablespoons lemon juice
¼ cup vegan butter substitute
Salt to taste
- Using a hand mixer, or standing mixer, add all the ingredients together.
- Beat on a low speed, and bring the speed up slowly until ingredients are well combined.
Use with our decadent vegan, gluten-free Red Velvet Cake.
