This açai, strawberry and chia seeds breakfast smoothie is the perfect way to start the day! It’s energizing, filling and satisfying and makes you feel incredible! The natural sugar in the fruits really helps you wake up and energizes you! The mix of frozen banana and strawberries makes the smoothie creamy and sweet. The açai powder adds lots of antioxidants, as well as healthy omega fats, amino acids and dietary fiber, while chia seeds is rich in heart-healthy omega-3 fatty acids and Vitamin C. Having a smoothie for breakfast is the easiest, fastest and most delicious way you can start your day: just throw everything into a blender, blend for 2 minutes and you’re done!

Ingredients

1 frozen banana
5 strawberries
100 ml rice milk
1 tablespoon açai powder

 

Toppings:

1 tablespoon chia seeds
4 almonds
handful of blueberries
handful of goji berries

Instructions

1. Place, banana, strawberries, milk and açai powder into a blender and blend until smooth.
2. Top with chia seeds, almonds, goji berries and blueberries.
