My Story

My dietetic career is just beginning since my December 2014 graduation from Benedictine University’s combined master’s of nutrition and dietetic program. I have been involved in the trenches of nutrition for the past six years, spreading the word of small lifestyle and health changes.

I utilize my blog, We Dish Nutrition, as a means to articulate sound nutrition advice and to connect with a variety of readers.

In the long term, I aim to work alongside chefs and other foodservice managers to help create menus and enhance existing recipes in restaurants, hotels, dining halls, corporate companies and more! I am excited by the future prospects of the nutrition field!
