5-minute Cherry Rose Smoothie

Print

With acerola cherry powder, vanilla pod, rose petals and seabuckthorn, this low FODMAP smoothie is a nutrition powerhouse.

Further Food Commentary:

This Cherry Rose Smoothie is a quick, easy way to start out your day with a nutritious kick. The pineapple and strawberries are rich in vitamin C which helps to keep your organs and skin healthy. The Cherry Rose Sachet contains hemp seeds, almonds, acerola cherry powder, sea buckthorn berries, and vanilla bean pods which adds some healthy unsaturated fats and antioxidants to your drink. The sachet does have cherry powder, which is not typically considered low FODMAP, but since it is present in a limited amount, people with Irritable Bowel Syndrome may still be able to tolerate it. The use of rice milk instead of soy or nut-based milks also makes this smoothie easier for people with IBS to digest.
