I love a good smoothie for breakfast. They are so delicious, especially when the weather turns up the heat or when you are on run and need something portable and super simple to make. I often triple the recipe and store it in the fridge, ready to go over a few mornings of a busy week. It’s that easy.

Frozen banana and hazelnut butter provide a dairy-free and rich creaminess to smoothies. 1/2 banana (frozen)

1 cup almond milk

1/4 cup coconut milk

2 tablespoons chia seeds

1 tablespoon hazelnut butter

2 teaspoons cacao powder

1 teaspoon maca powder

1 teaspoon baobab powder (optional)
