This recipe came about when I was in a bit of a panic! I had an impromptu dinner guest, with no dessert to offer. I quickly sliced up some oranges and sprinkled with cinnamon. I couldn’t believe how pretty it looked, and good it tasted! Now it’s my satisfying sugar-free go to.

Cinnamon Spiced Orange Slices

Ingredients

2 medium oranges (navel, or caracas are nice varieties)
1 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Peel the oranges and slice them so they make little suns.
  2. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Enjoy!
