This avocado mousse recipe will suit all health tribes…Paleo, Keto and Vegan (if you omit the collagen) and it’s super simple! This dessert could be a healthy breakfast with the nutrient-rich avocado, collagen peptides and coconut milk – the perfect combination of fat, protein and carbs to balance your blood sugar naturally!

Avocado Mousse (Keto, Paleo)
1-2 large ripe avocados
1/4 cup raw cacao powder
1/4 cup canned coconut milk
1 scoop collagen peptides
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2-1 teaspoon stevia or monkfruit (optional)
Optional add-ins: chia seeds, raw unshelled hempseeds, MCT oil, coconut oil, banana
- Puree the avocado until smooth.
- Mix together cacao powder, collagen peptides, and coconut milk until combined and add the avocado.
- Stir in the vanilla and other ingredients (if using) and mix well.
- Divide into small bowls and store in the fridge until ready to enjoy.
