Avocado Mousse (Keto, Paleo)

Print

I don’t like spending a lot of time in the kitchen, but sometimes we need a non-sweet treat. This avocado mousse recipe will suit all health tribes…Paleo, Keto and Vegan (if you omit the collagen) and it’s super simple! This dessert could be a healthy breakfast with the nutrient-rich avocado, collagen peptides and coconut milk – the perfect combination of fat, protein and carbs to balance your blood sugar naturally!

Further Food Commentary:

This avocado mousse makes the perfect post-workout snack! It is loaded with 620mg of potassium per serving which is great for fluid balance, hydration and preventing muscle cramps. Each serving also provides 7g of protein from the collagen peptides which is important for post-workout muscle repair!
Lastly, avocados are also known for their fiber content - 8g per serving here - which is great for feeling satiated and staying regular.
