Easy Buttermilk Dressing
2 teaspoon dijon mustard
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
⅓ cup olive oil
⅓ cup buttermilk
freshly ground black pepper
1 tablespoon lemon juice
chives (chopped, to garnish)
- Whisk all ingredients together, drizzling in the oil slowly as you whisk to create an emulsified dressing.
- Add the chopped chives last!
