Lemon Pepper Gnocchi with Broccoli

Print

An easy way to incorporate vegetables into meals for even the pickiest eaters is to add them to pasta! We used gluten free pasta so this recipe is great for anyone with gluten sensitivity or intolerance.

Further Food Commentary:

Pillow-y potato dumplings, gnocchi are a hearty, gluten-free pasta alternative, and shelf-stable packaged varieties make for quick weeknight pantry meals. Pairing with broccoli, a bit of hard cheese and lemon pepper adds calcium, fiber, and loads of flavor with few calories. A simple dish the whole family will enjoy!
