This paleo turkey chili is a great weeknight dinner that will comfort everyone!

Paleo Turkey Chili
1.5 lbs ground turkey
1 clove garlic
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 cup chopped celery
1 cup diced carrots
2 tablespoons chili powder
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon cayenne
4 cups chopped zucchini
15 oz. can of tomato sauce
15 oz. can of diced tomatoes
- Saute garlic,onion, and olive oil in cast iron skillet.
- Add ground turkey and brown.
- Add carrots, celery and spices. Stir to combine.
- Add zucchini, tomato sauce and tomato paste. Combine well.
- Simmer on low until zucchini is tender (approximately 10 minutes). Enjoy!
