1 large banana
3/4 cup vanilla or greek yogurt
1/2 cup pure pumpkin puree
3 tablespoons milk
2 heaping tablespoons (2 scoops) Further Collagen
1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
Pinch of nutmeg and cinnamon
Whipped cream (optional)
