What can I say I love Sweet Potatoes! I decided I wanted to try something different this time as opposed to using the traditional cinnamon and nutmeg spices. This recipe is bursting with so much flavor it’s incredibly delicious! I served it with my Spicy Turkey Meatloaf dish. Enjoy!

Ingredients

4 medium sweet potatoes (cubed)
2 tablespoons of melted coconut oil
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
1 teaspoon of onion powder
1 teaspoon of dried basil
1 teaspoon of dried rosemary
¼ teaspoon of sea salt
¼ teaspoon of black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. In a large bowl toss sweet potatoes with coconut oil.
  3. Add all other spices and mix with your hands until evenly combined.
  4. Place potatoes onto baking sheet with parchment paper and roast for 30-40 minutes.
