This strawberry banana smoothie bowl is one of my all time favorite go-to’s! It’s perfect for breakfast or lunch and is so easy to make. I found that adding the collagen gives it a tasteless protein boost that keeps me full for hours – it is a real game changer!

Strawberry Banana Smoothie Bowl (High-Fiber, Low-Fat)
2 bananas, frozen
1 cup strawberries, frozen
1 scoop Further Food Collagen Peptides
1/2 cup plain non-fat greek yogurt of your choice
a splash of cashew milk (or any nut milk of your choice)
- Combine all ingredients together in a blender and blend until desired consistency is reach.
- Top with sliced strawberries and bananas. Enjoy!
