Print

This strawberry banana smoothie bowl is one of my all time favorite go-to’s! It’s perfect for breakfast or lunch and is so easy to make. I found that adding the collagen gives it a tasteless protein boost that keeps me full for hours – it is a real game changer!

Further Food Commentary:

This low fat smoothie bowl is perfect for workout recovery and also makes an amazing protein-packed breakfast option! Each bowl has only 1g of fat and is loaded with potassium thanks to the bananas! It also contains 19g of protein from the collagen peptides and the greek yogurt so you are sure to be full for hours! Potassium is a very important electrolyte that helps with hydration and fluid balance in the body, making this the perfect post-workout snack for rehydration and all of the protein will aid in muscle recovery!
