Summer fruit yogurt bowl

Sometimes I want fresh and easy lighter breakfast that makes use of summer fruit.

Further Food Commentary:

Full fat yogurt gets a bad rap, and you'll usually read about or hear someone tell you to always reach for skim or non-fat dairy products. However, full fat greek yogurt can often be a better option, especially because low-fat varieties tend to be packed with added sugar to replace the flavor lost when fat is removed. Make sure the only ingredients are whole milk and live cultures, and choose plain or natural (again, to avoid added sugars). Adding fruit and cinnamon on top is the best way to sweeten any dish or snack.
