Summer fruit yogurt bowl
1 ripe peach (chopped)
1 cup of full fat Greek yogurt
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon real grass fed butter
- Cut peach into nite sized pieces.
- Place yogurt into the bowl in you’ll like to eat in.
- Heat peaches in a knob of butter in a small pan on low heat for a few minutes.
- Add in sprinkle of cinnamon.
- After 5 minutes, pour on top of the yogurt and add a sprig of mint if desired .
