Ingredients

1 large organic carrot, or about 1-2 cups of baby carrots
1 cup of organic raw cashews, pre-soaked in warm water before blending
2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
1 scoop Further Food Daily Turmeric Tonic
1 scoop FurtherFood Collagen Peptides
1/4 cup filtered water

Instructions

  1. Soak nuts in lukewarm water for about 1 hour and drain before blending all ingredients.
  2. Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to one week.
