Ingredients

1 cup frozen pineapple (diced)
1/4 frozen banana
3/4 cup coconut milk
1 teaspoon honey
1 teaspoon Further Food Turmeric Tonic
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon (plus additional for topping)
1 teaspoon shredded coconut

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender (or immersion blender) and blend for 3-4 minutes (depending on how you like the texture of your smoothie)
